But his plans for escape are complicated by his inexplicable draw to the Earth woman imprisoned with him. A chance to save both their peoples…

Prophecy is Book 1 of the Prophecy Series.
Aliens have invaded earth, and they are not friendly.
ER Nurse Alexandra Bock wakes up a prisoner inside an alien spaceship. She has to learn to interact with aliens, some of which know English or have translators and some that do not. Martiran Captain Gryf Helyg is also imprisoned by the aliens who invaded earth and he’s the key to stopping the invasion. Alexandra and Gryf must trust each other and work together to save earth. Main tropes include captivity, alien invasion, and some space travel, although that’s not the focus.
Prophecy is a good choice for readers who trend toward the romantic side of science fiction romance. There are several steamy scenes to keep you warm at night. I’m not a hard science person and I found that it had the right balance of science and romance. This book is the beginning of The Prophecy series and does not have a cliffhanger ending.
